SACRED CIRCLE

Spiritual healing & personal transformation through the ancient practice of ceremony
About
Welcome beautiful soul!

I’m Vic and it’s so wonderful to connect with you here in this little moment that you read my words. Sacred Circle is my offering to the Universe and to you where I am surrendering to the connection I have been so honoured to feel with Spirit and serving as a channel and space holder for others to begin on their own path of self-discovery.
Sacred Circle provides spiritual healing and personal transformation using the beautiful and ancient practice of ceremony. When we sit in ceremony together, we are harnessing the power of the circle - a sacred shape representing oneness, connection and infinity. We are creating the perfect portal for Spirit to awaken the sleeping parts of us that know who we really are. We are letting go of all pretence and welcoming forth everything that requires our attention. We are remembering who we really are, our soul being, the light essence within us that is pure love. We are seeing, feeling, and integrating our current discomfort so that we may begin to walk our highest path filled with gratitude, harmony and love.

I work with many different modalities infusing psychology with shamanic techniques to create a safe space and a wonderfully healing experience where you can fully surrender to all that you are, inviting all parts to be present, seen and loved.
Some of my techniques include:
-
Breathwork
-
Cacao
-
Sound healing
-
Emotional integration
-
Shamanic journeying and ritual
-
Energy healing
-
Meditation
-
Prayer
The benefits of spiritual healing
Healing is a wonderful practice for both the mind and body, helping us see who we really are at the energetic level in order to raise our vibration and achieve greater harmony and wellbeing. It is a journey into the self through accessing different planes of consciousness to receive knowledge and guidance, helping us along our journey through life.

We only ever have two choices to make: the path of fear or the path of love. As we begin to awaken to our soul being we strengthen the connection we all have with Spirit and walk our path with grace and ease. We become present, experiencing gratitude for our journey, without trying to force or fix everything. We feel a gentle knowing that what’s meant for us will come to us, and a realisation that love is the most powerful force in the universe and that our only task is to love ourselves and others. Everything else flows from this,
Beginning to awaken to your soul being will immediately help with:

-
Managing fear, anxiety and stress
-
Achieving clarity on your purpose and path
-
Moving through life with a greater sense of ease and gratitude
-
Finding emotional balance, joy and peace within ourselves

Join me in ceremony
I currently offer two slightly different paths of spiritual healing through ceremony:
Open Ceremonies

Open ceremonies offer a beautiful introductory experience combining a mix of modalities. They are the perfect way to come ‘and try’ this type of practice in a safe space with others who are probably also doing this for the first time.
I usually run open ceremonies once a month between January – June (or as specified).

Current dates for 2026:

-
26th March
-
23rd April

The Journey is a deeper experience running over 5 months with the same circle members throughout. We come together in ceremony once a month, following a progressive journey of self-discovery, inner-child healing, and awakened presence.

What is spiritual healing?
This term is not always helpful and I much prefer to use language such as connecting with our soul beings, or accessing our higher selves when talking about what I do, but let’s stick with spiritual healing for now as most recognise and can relate to these words.
Spiritual healing is often misunderstood in two important ways:
-
It assumes you need to be a ‘spiritual’ person to do it

-
It denotes that we have things we need to heal or fix

To take the first point: ultimately, we are soul beings having a human experience. Our essence- what makes you YOU- is not our minds, personalities or physical bodies. It is the light and love energy that created us which comes directly from Source- whatever you believe that to be; god or some kind of ‘big bang’- and is the energy found in all things. Energy is all there is- there is nothing else in the Universe! We are all a bunch of atoms vibrating, as is every other thing in the universe that consists of matter….and the scientists can’t refute this. The incredible thing about energy is that it can’t be destroyed. It can be transferred, transmuted or transformed, but not destroyed. Now this leads to the truly magical part:
-
Since we and everything around us is energy, we are connected to everything. We are not separate from each other despite our physical bodies making us feel otherwise. We all belong to each other. We can all feel, influence and take each other’s energy, and we are intimately connected to the energy in all living things

-
Once we recognise our energetic make-up we begin to awaken to what we truly are: a perfect manifestation of life itself capable of creation in the most wonderful and magical ways. We begin to recognise that our essence- our soul- is the very real and central aspect of what makes us human, not our minds or physical bodies. We begin to find ourselves at the energetic level- a place where we transcend the ego in order to tap into our intuition, higher consciousness and inner truth.
So, whether we are ‘spiritual’ or not is irrelevant. You are a soul being and the perfect manifestation of Spirit, or Source. You are a bountiful bundle of light and love energy, a billion tiny atoms oscillating at lightening speed. It matters not whether you’ve engaged in anything spiritual before. You ARE Spirit and you are here now in this moment reading this. That’s all that matters.
Now when it comes to the actual healing part, again, this isn’t always the most helpful word and we should avoid being too attached to it. To heal something is to make better, or to fix something that’s wrong. When we focus on healing the ‘bad’ we are always measuring our success by how much better we feel and whether we are less fearful, angry, anxious etc. Plus, we are constantly judging ourselves for feeling anxious or fearful, which leads to more fear, which leads to a cycle of repetitive discomfort!
What’s more helpful is to reframe the notion of healing as getting better at feeling rather than trying to feel better (which in turn makes us feel better!). We do this through welcoming and integrating all parts of ourselves- the fear and anxiety as well as the love- so that we can lessen its impact on our experience, see it as a valid human expression and accept it as part of ourselves. We stop judging and labelling things and start being open and accepting.
This is not the same as giving up or accepting feeling bad or sad. Instead, it’s about showing compassion for these discomforts we experience, giving them space to be for a while and then accepting their validity. Healing is therefore more helpfully described as integrating our emotional discomfort so that we feel whole again and accept all parts of ourselves.
